Just needed to get this off my chest!
t’s about 01:03am (UK GMT) as I write this post…… in just over 12 hours, I will be sitting an exam for a course (Professional Skills Course) I just started on Wednesday. The pass mark is 60% and I have to pass in order to qualify on time - no pressure right? I haven’t sat an exam since 2008…..
My mind has been blitzed with so much information over the last 2 days that I have regressed to typical pre-exam behaviour – minor procrastination, major cramming and bad eating habits ( I become a nibbler and surrender to junk food – cue on the double cheeseburger from McD’s). My verbal and written vocabulary has been limited to investments, regulated activities and rules & regulations. The work is relatively easy and the exam is open book, but the information is A LOT and I have only 1 ½ hours to complete the exam :¬s
All for the purpose of qualifying as a solicitor.......
I can’t wait for 3:30pm on Friday!
